## Exporting Your Data

YNAB doesn't have a built-in print function, but when using the **web app**, you can export your plan and reflection data in CSV format, so it’s easy to review, share, or keep on hand when you need it. This gives you plenty of freedom with your data.

Choose the type of data you'd like:

Exported data can be more easily printed if you need a physical copy.

## Taking Screenshots

If you want to save or share your graphs, there’s no need to print them—just take a screenshot.

*   **If you're using a Mac:** Hold _Command_ + _Shift_ and hit _3_ (for full screen) or _4_ (for partial screen). The file will be saved to your Desktop.
    
*   **If you're using Windows:**  Hold down the Windows Key and hit _PrtScn_. The file will be saved to the Pictures > Screenshots folder.
    
*   **If you're using a mobile device:** The instructions can vary depending on the device you're using, so check out [Apple's guide](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200289) or [Google's guide](https://support.google.com/android/answer/9075928?hl=en) to get started.
    

Just like your exported plan, you can share it with whomever you'd like, and the screenshots can be printed if you need physical copies.
