 How to Purchase a Gift Subscription   

1. Log in to the web app.
   
   
2. Click the name of your budget (located at the top of the left sidebar).
   
   
3.  Click on Account Settings ↗️. 
   Don't have a YNAB account? You can still give the gift of YNAB here ↗️.
   
   
4. Scroll down to the Gift YNAB section.
   
   
5. Click the Gift YNAB button.
   
   
6. Fill out the gift subscription form.
   
   
7. We'll send the lucky recipient an email with all the details about their free year!

• Can I purchase a monthly gift subscription?
  No, gift subscriptions are one-time annual subscriptions.
  
  
• Can I give a gift subscription to a current YNABer?
  Yes!
  
  
• Can I request a refund?
  Redeemed gift subscriptions are no longer refundable. Unredeemed gift subscriptions can be refunded back to the original payment method.
  
  
• Will the gift subscription renew?
  No, the one-time annual subscription does not renew. 
  
  
• Will I be charged tax on the gift subscription?
  Gift subscriptions are charged tax in applicable states as they are a tangible item. The same state may or may not charge tax for YNAB when purchased directly as a subscription.
  
  
• Do I have to have a YNAB account to purchase a gift subscription?
  Not at all! You can share the gift of YNAB without an account through this direct link ↗️.
