Tap the _Home_ tab. 2. Tap the three dots icon at the top of the screen. 3. Tap _Share & Earn_. 4. Tap _Gift_ at the top. 5. This screen provides information about gifting YNAB, but a gift subscription can't be purchased directly in the iOS app. To send a gift, visit [app.ynab.com/gifts](https://app.ynab.com/gifts) in a web browser. Don't see a Gift tab? The Gift tab is currently only available to users in the U.S. (based on your device's App Store storefront). ###  Android 1. Tap the _Home_ tab. 2. Once they've been redeemed by the recipient, they are **no longer refundable**. ## Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) **Can I purchase a monthly gift subscription?** No, gift subscriptions can only be purchased for 3 months or 1 year. **Can I track the status of my gifts?** Click on [Account Settings](https://app.ynab.com/settings), then tap _Gift YNAB_ and scroll to the bottom of the page.  **Can I give a gift subscription to a current YNABer?** Yes! **Can I schedule the gift for a future date?** Yes! You can schedule delivery up to three months in advance. Once scheduled, gift subscriptions cannot be rescheduled.  These themed gifts are available for immediate delivery only and can’t be scheduled: * Congrats * Happy birthday * Here’s to love **Can I request a refund?** **Redeemed** gift subscriptions are no longer refundable. **Unredeemed** gift subscriptions can be refunded back to the original payment method. **Will the gift subscription renew?** No, the subscription does not renew.  **Will I be charged tax on the gift subscription?** Gift subscriptions are charged tax in applicable states as they are a tangible item. The same state may or may not charge tax for YNAB when purchased directly as a subscription. **Can I resend a gift subscription?** Yes! To resend a gift subscription, go to your [Gift Subscription Dashboard](https://app.ynab.com/gifts#track-your-gifts). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click _Resend_ next to the email address of the recipient. Please note: the resend button won’t appear for scheduled gifts until the gift has been sent on the scheduled date. Additionally, a gift can only be resent once per day. **How do I get 3 free months?** If you're a YNAB subscriber you can earn 3 free months when you purchase a 3-month or annual gift subscription for someone new to YNAB. There's no limit to how many gift subscriptions you can purchase, so you can earn free months with each one. Those free months are applied to the end of your current subscription as soon as the recipient redeems the gift, extending your subscription by three months. To ensure you receive your free months, log in to your YNAB account _before_ purchasing the gift.
