# How to Export Reflection Data

Learn how to export Spending Breakdown, Spending Trends, Net Worth, and Income v Expense in the web version of YNAB. Reflect with a year-end review, share with your accountant, or frame to hang above the fireplace.

## How to Export Reflection Data

1.  Log in to YNAB on a computer.
    
2.  Click _Reflect_ along the left sidebar, then select one of the options along the top of the screen: [Spending Breakdown](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/spending-breakdown-H1H7YxmD0), [Spending Trends](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/spending-trends-H1inlhzAc), [Net Worth](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/net-worth-BkwQO5WA5), [Income v Expense](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/income-v-expense-Byu1BYWRq).
    
3.  If you want to export **everything**, make sure the filters are set to _All Categories_, _All Dates_, and _All Accounts_. Otherwise, customize them!
    
4.  Then, click _Export_ in the upper right corner of the screen.
    
5.  Click _Export_ again to confirm and download. 
    

Net Worth and Income v Expense will export as a CSV (comma-separated value) file or TSV (tab-separated, for currencies that use a comma). The Spending Trends and Spending Breakdown exports include transactions for the categories and are exported as two separate CSV or TSV files. These can be opened with most common spreadsheet apps.

### Exporting and Sharing Net Worth

Interested in a breakdown of the debts and assets totals in your Net Worth? Export it to review your month-end account balances for each account. Remember—select which accounts you want to include **before** hitting the _Export_ button!

#### Use the Web App to Share Your Net Worth

You can also share your Net Worth with friends and family! On the web app, click _Share Your Progress_ at the top right of Net Worth. 

Posting to social media? You can hide the actual numbers/amounts to keep your Net Worth private and choose from various visual formats.
