Note that if you've changed the email address associated with your YNAB account, conversations under the previous email address are not carried over during that change.

How to Find Your Conversation Transcript

- Log in to your YNAB account at https://app.ynab.com/users/sign_in ↗️.
- Click the in-app help widget (the question mark icon ) in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Not seeing this? You may already be viewing this article from within the widget, so proceed to the next step!
- If you don't see the conversation you'd like to review, ask the chatbot to show your previous conversations.
