# How to Sign In with Google or Apple

Access or share your plan without using or sharing your password with Single Sign-On (SSO). Enable SSO in YNAB to log in using Google or Apple credentials, eliminating the need for a password. Follow these steps to add one Google or one Apple SSO (or both!) per YNAB account, and then use these credentials for future logins.

### How to Enable SSO

1.  [Log into YNAB](https://app.ynab.com/users/sign_in) on a desktop browser.
    
2.  Click the name of your plan (located at the top of the left sidebar).
    
3.  Click on [Account Settings](https://app.ynab.com/settings).
    
4.  In the Login Methods section, the options to _Continue with Google_ and _Continue with Apple_ will be available. Take your pick!
    
5.  In the pop up window, choose the account you want to connect with. 
    
6.  If you're not already logged in, you'll need to enter your Google or Apple credentials. 
    
7.  The account linked will be available in your Login Methods section when it's all set. 
    
8.  Moving forward, you can use the _Continue with Google_ or _Continue with Apple_ option on the login page. No password required! 
    

#### Now That You've Set Up SSO

If you’d also like to set a YNAB password, you can do that in your [Account Settings](https://app.ynab.com/settings). If you’d like to reset your YNAB password, you can do that by [requesting a password reset email](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/changing-your-email-and-password-a-guide-SJq60jfRq#password).

When using **Chrome**, Google SSO requires third party cookies.
