If your transactions are taking longer than expected to show up in YNAB, here are a few common reasons:

* Weekends/Holidays: Most banks aren’t fully operational on non-business days. If a transaction isn’t cleared before the end of the business day on Friday, it typically won't import until the next week.

* Release time: Banks often hold transactions as pending for a day or two, even if you can see them online. Transactions typically import within 24 hours of being cleared or posted by your bank.

* Timing: There’s no universal standard for when banks clear or post transactions. If they weren’t cleared or posted during our last refresh, they won’t import until the next one.

It’s normal for some transactions to take up to three days to appear in your plan. If you’re consistently waiting longer than that, it could indicate an issue with the bank connection or that your bank uses a unique posting schedule.
