## How to Access Net Worth

### iOS

1.  From the **mobile app**, tap the _Reflect_ tab at the bottom of the screen. 
    
2.  A simplified version of Net Worth will appear. 
    
3.  Tap anywhere on that simplified version to navigate to a more detailed version of Net Worth.
    
4.  Tap on the line graph to slide your finger across the line to access your Net Worth calculation at any point in the past. 
    

### Android

1.  From the **mobile app**, tap the _Reflect_ tab at the bottom of the screen. 
    
2.  A simplified version of Net Worth will appear. 
    
3.  Tap anywhere on that simplified version to navigate to a more detailed version of Net Worth.
    
4.  Tap on the line graph to slide your finger across the line to access your Net Worth calculation at any point in the past. 
    

### Web

1.  From the **web app**, click _Reflect_ in the left sidebar.
    
2.  Choose _Net Worth_ at the top of the screen.

## Date Range and Accounts

Customize the filters in Net Worth to determine what date range and which accounts you want to include in the data. For example, maybe you want to exclude your tracking accounts to get a picture of your net worth without your investment accounts.

You'll notice the _All Categories_ option is greyed out on the web version—because Net Worth is based on your **account** balances.

## Reflect

Hover over the graph to access details about your debt and assets for each month. It gives you a **snapshot of your account balances on the last day of each month** (if the current month is included, it reflects today's balances).

When you have more debts than assets—when the debt bar is higher than the asset bar—the Net Worth trend line will be below zero. As you [Deal with Your Debt](https://www.ynab.com/guide/how-to-get-out-of-debt), the debt bar will fall, the asset bar will grow taller, and your trend line will rise.

If you're interested in the monthly breakdown of your debts and assets by account, you can [export Net Worth](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/how-to-export-reflection-data-Bykou09) in the web version of YNAB. The exported data will only include the date range and months selected, so customize those **before** hitting the _Export_ button in the top right corner.

## How to Share Your Net Worth

###  iOS

1.  Tap the _Reflect_ tab. If you’d like to hide your amounts, tap the three dots icon at the top of the screen and tap _Hide Amounts_.
    
2.  Tap _Net Worth_.  
    
3.  Tap _Share Your Progress_.

**On the web app**, you can now share the progress you've made with friends and family or on social media!

1.  Click _Reflect_ in the left sidebar.
    
2.  Choose _Net Worth_ at the top of the screen.
    
3.  Click _Share Your Progress_ at the top of the screen.
    
4.  Select a visual format.
    
5.  Decide whether you’d like to show the tagline and amounts.
    
6.  Click _Download Image_.
