Value-Added Tax (VAT) is an additional cost added to your YNAB subscription. YNAB collects VAT on subscriptions in the European Union. The VAT rate applied to your YNAB subscription is determined by your country's tax laws. To find the standard VAT rate for digital subscriptions in your country, refer to your government's website. 

VAT is already included in subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
