[Back to Top](#backtotop) * * * ## How to Subscribe to YNAB During Your Trial If you'd like to subscribe to YNAB (and we hope you do!), there are different steps depending on how you signed up for your trial: ### iOS Apple Store If you signed up for a trial through Apple (on an iPhone or iPad), there's nothing you need to do to continue using YNAB after your trial. Your account is managed by Apple directly, and you'll be charged for a regular subscription. ### Android Play Store If you signed up for a trial through Google (on an Android device), there's nothing you need to do to continue using YNAB after your trial. Your account is managed by Google directly, and you'll be charged for a regular subscription. ### YNAB Subscribers If you signed up for a trial directly through YNAB, go to your [account settings](https://app.ynab.com/settings) and scroll down to the _Trial_ section. You'll be provided with the number of days remaining on your trial and a _Subscribe Now_ button. You can subscribe at any time, and you won't be charged until the end of your free trial. [Back to Top](#backtotop) * * * ## How to Cancel Your Trial If you'd like to cancel your YNAB trial, there are different steps depending on how you signed up. Jump to: [YNAB](#YNAB) | [Apple](#Apple) | [Google](#Google) ### If You Signed Up Directly Through YNAB If you signed up through YNAB directly, you don't need to do anything at all. **We don't collect credit card information at the start of the trial, so you won't be charged.** [Back to Top](#backtotop) * * * ### If You Signed Up Through the Apple App Store If you signed up through Apple (on an iPhone or iPad)_,_ your account is managed through Apple directly. You **will** need to [cancel your subscription](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) through the App Store to avoid being charged at the end of your free trial. #### Already been charged by Apple? If you've **already** been charged by Apple after their 30 day YNAB trial, you'll want to follow the steps to [request a refund](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/requesting-a-refund-SyNvz1I5#apple) from them instead. #### How to Cancel Your Apple Trial 1. From the YNAB mobile app, tap the _Plan_ tab. 2. Tap the horizontal three dots icon in the upper corner of your screen. 3. Tap _Settings & Privacy_. 4. Tap _Account Settings_. 5. Tap _Manage Subscription with Apple_. 6. From there, you'll be able to cancel your trial so that you're not charged by Apple. If you're joining **Financial Wellness** **from your employer**, there's a quick change we need to make to your account once you've canceled with Apple. Please [tell the chatbot you need a human or send us an email](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/how-to-get-help-SygqcvtC5), letting us know that you're an **Apple subscriber joining a Wellness plan**, and we'll get everything taken care of on our end. If you requested a refund and Apple denied it, please also include the email address connected to your PayPal account.  Once you hear back from us that everything is good to go, click the signup link provided by your employer again and you'll be all set to continue YNABing.  [Back to Top](#backtotop) * * * ### If You Signed Up Through the Google Play Store If you signed up through Google (on an Android device), you **will** need to [cancel your subscription](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481) through the Play Store to avoid being charged at the end of your free trial. If you delete your YNAB account, your pending subscription will be canceled automatically, and you won’t be charged. #### Already been charged by Google? If you've **already** been charged by Google after their 34 day YNAB trial, you'll want to follow the steps to [request a refund](https://support.ynab.com/en_us/requesting-a-refund-SyNvz1I5#google) from them instead. We'll email you a week in advance—with an option to give YNAB another try if you'd like!
